Day 7, Wednesday May 23, 2007


Our last night in Japan we decided to stay in Narita so we are only minutes from the airport. In the morning we checked out of Kanda Station Hotel and moved our luggages to Mercure Hotel in Narita. This was taken outside the hotel.


After dropping off our luggage, we headed back to Tokyo. This is taking in front of the Narita station.


We took the Narita Express back to Tokyo, then transfer to Yokohama. Here are the views of the station and in front of the station.



Cosmo Clock 21 stands at 369 feet tall is one of the tallest ferris wheel in the world, one of the landmarks in the Minato Mirai 21.

We stopped by an Italian restaurant for some pasta in the Queen's Square.



Yokohama Grand Intercontinental Hotel



The Landmark Plaza at 972 feet is the tallest building in Japan. It houses shopping centers, offices and the Yokohama Royal Park Hotel.



After visiting Yokohama, we took the train to Shinjuku. It is commonly know for its large shopping, entertainment and high rise buildings. We are headed to the Tokyo Metropolitan Goverment building. There is aobservation floor on both the north and the south tower.
